Classic Geoff bluebell stuff. Pictures include what to look out for in the woods, and one which could be best captioned 'an old mare nuzzles up'. We're veterans of this walk, it's an accessible classic at this time of year.

The Bluebells of Ibberton

9th May. Mum's birthday, Stourhead Festival of the Voice, and a mostly-on-roads ridge and valley walk that was just bluebells, bluebells, bluebells! Thanks to Jon for the AA 1001 walks in Britain book. Mind you, bit surprised that this is an AA publication, as loads of the walks go past pubs.
